There are lots of things to love about what I do.  Namely, that I meld my strong Chicago theatre background with the Los Angeles Screen.
I actually enjoy fighting the inner voice that longs to project to the back row even when the camera is frighteningly tight on my face.  That is what creates the minuscule twitch at the corner of my upturned mouth belying my character in her plight…even if the plight its about which mouthwash to buy.

I love that I am allowed such a particular struggle and trusted by the directors and crews I work with.  I love too that theater is alive in L.A. – you should go see more of it, really.  Everything else I could tell you about myself professionally you can piece together if you look at my resume and clips pages.  What you will never guess so I just have to tell you is that if I like you, I will willingly make a batch of my Mom’s chocolate chip cookies and leave them in a brown paper wrapping for you at odd hours, I tend to roar at the end of a particularly difficult bike ride, the eerie sounds of a slide guitar absolutely pierce my heart, I prefer Patricia and never Patty (unless you knew me in third grade, in which case all bets are off), cleaning a bathtub to a shine is second only to taking a long bath in one, and finally, I know that no one can ever tell me to limit my creative expression so it just keeps coming out all over the place!  Enjoy.
